Not Just the Rhyme

I picked love
And I imagine it like
Landing on a soft cushioned field
Of a million cotton balls
Or how a gorgeous white fluffy feather
Would come floating and land on my shoulder
Then off it goes on
As light and buoyant as only I dream to be
And I witness the light
Catch it in it’s dance
And how my heart swells
In a rapturous gladness.
